Nuprime cdt-8 repaired again

My cdt-8 isn’t working AGAIN! I’ve sent several messages to several people with no luck at all. I sure would like to enjoy it, but not having any luck at all. Please help!

Have you tried submitting a service request to the Help Desk?  That’s the only other method I’m aware of.

Nuprime directed me and my cdt-8 to SISTERS SERVICE CENTER, and they were FANTASTIC! The communication and the super quick service were wonderful. I was sending E-mails to a place that no longer is their service center, so I was the problem. I want to give credit for all their help getting me taken care of. Thanks for getting my cdt-8 back and sounding great.

Great that your CDT-8 is working again. What was the issue, did they say? [I own one as well, but it’s been trouble-free.]

I’ve misplaced my remote. Is there another way to turn them on for usage? Thanks in advance.
