Title: Available Sony XA-5400ES Units

As many of you know, it is getting harder to locate the XA-5400ES new or used for sale.  It is a true shame and I can't understand Sony's logic, but it is, as many of you know, a FANTASTIC UNIT!

Kristin just brought to my attention, a unit available (used), for $900.

I kind of live on Audiogon.  Every 3-4 days there is one posted for sale.  They tend to sell very quickly.

Slight degree of a risk with Audiogon feedback at '0' on the ad above. Having said that............. we have ALL been at '0' at some point on E-Bay or Audiogon!

Good feedback numbers aren't a perfect predictor of a smooth transaction, but you need to be careful with your $$$...................

Absolutely, Eric!

We have all been at '0' feedback when first starting to buy or sell on Audiogon or E-Bay.

The unit we are referring to on Audiogon is now listed by the seller as 'expired' although the Audiogon expiration date is in June?

With the new Audiogon system "expired' means the unit has been sold.  They go pretty fast as I stated above.  I'll keep posting on here when I see them for sale...

There are quite a few new Sony 5400's that have become available in the past few days. Not as many as in past releases with 10+, but some new units just the same.

I just bought one from Bob @ Deluxe AV too.  The build date is APRIL 2012!
