Please confirm the specifications for your speakers (efficiency; power handling limit; impedance - minimum & range; frequency range - F3 bass response)? From what I've found they are a double 2-way system (woofer/tweeter mounted on adjoining sides of a rectangular cabinet); "conservatively rated to handle 20-100 watts; 4 or 16 ohms (probably dependent on how they're wired up); rated 35 - 18,000 Hz; is this right?
How big is your space, how loud do you listen, and your range of musical genres?
Space constraints? Is excessive heat build-up an issue? Feel like playing with tubes (swapping to change the sound; remembering to turn them off, then waiting for them to warm up; any pets or kids that could be burned)?
What amp are you currently using and what's your budget?
The Crown XLS is a value leader, and would be plenty powerful for your use.
What sources are you using (phono; other analog; optical; coax; USB; ethernet/WiFi)? Because there are a variety of affordable and very good DAC/preamps out there that accept analog inputs (Sabaj D5; various Topping models; various Schiit models; etc.).
