What a hard week.........lost friends

This last week has been ridiculous...I (we) have lost 2 good friends in such a short time:

HPC  ( Lonnie)  and Bunky ( William).....

You guys will be missed,

I know how you feel. Keep them alive in your memories and then smile that they were, and will always be a part of you. Make new connections and nurture them!

When you go to more funerals,wakes and Celebrations of Life than weddings you know the tide has turned.

Make time to enjoy the ones you love. Time seems to speed up the older I get. I need to listen to this advice. :duh:
Those loved ones live on through us and even some of the habits we pick up from them. Good memories make a great life.

I'll miss Bunky's larger than life personality at CAF and Mid Atlantic meet ups.  I'm finding out that losing friends is a condition of getting old.  You know in your mind that this happens, but not until you start reading obits regularly does it sink in.
