Introduction/New to Bryston
« on: 28 Nov 2022, 05:13 am »
Greetings! Relatively new to the separates/higher end game and was introduced to Bryston by a buddy. His gear sounds amazing. While my pockets are not as deep, I was able to start my Bryston journey with an SP2 and 6B ST for an LRC system. For the price I couldn’t be happier. Going forward, I’d like to add a 14B to run my mains (90’s Kef model 2’s) and shift the 6B to center/surrounds. I have an audioengine  B1 Bluetooth receiver and an Apple TV hooked up to the SP2. I personally love the sound of the Bluetooth receiver to analog in bypass mode. Question: would adding the 14B be a good next step, or should I focus my attention and $ elsewhere? 80/20 music to movies and about $5k to throw into upgrades. Considerations: dac/streamer, power conditioning, newer speakers, etc. Any thoughts or feedback is greatly appreciated! Cheers, Don
