I store my music on an Unraid server.  This allows one drive to go down and you can rebuild parity.  I have a spare drive waiting in the server.

I just built a new server and now only have 1 parity drive and two data drives (from my old server, with many drives).  (They upgraded the software so you can have two cache drives, which are a location where data is temporarily stored before being written to the array.  I'm using 2-256GB SSDs in a RAID format where data is written to both. So, both SSDs have to go down before you lose data.  The data is copied from cache to array in the middle of the night.)

In addition to that, I have two 8TB backup drives. I periodically backup to one, which I keep hidden at home.  I have another I leave at work, take home, use to backup, then take back to work.
