I don't mean to gloat but seeing is believing.
NY Giants, First Place, top of the heap.

The season opener couldn't have been better, great game that Dallas lost.

Tampa gave it up 4 times and still pulled out a win! At 44 Brady still has it!! Amazing!

Might be the only time this year so take advantage of it when you can.

+1   Not a Cowboys fan, but good to see Dak back in form. It's been a tough road the last year for that young man.

Iggles looked good on both sides of the ball. Hurts played good and led His team well!  It’s early and it was the Falcons but hey a win is a win!

A tortured Lions fan by birth, although I consider myself more of a "naf" anymore than a fan ("naf" = fan spelled backwards, hidden meaning being "Not A Fan") I see they lost their first game. Not surprised. When they had Stafford he could at least conjure up a handful of wins, but now ... wouldn't surprise me if they win no more than two, or maybe even zero, games this year. They are perennial losers and now are worse than last year's team. New head coach, tough guy, cheer leader Dan Campbell, rah-rah-rah! ... meh ... same ol', same ol' ...

NFC North looking like crap this year.....the entire division beat on opening day.
The Packers and Lions play next week so at least one team will get a win in that division

Everyone in Pittsburgh was certain this was a loss weeks before kickoff.  Everyone in Pittsburgh was certain this was a loss at halftime.  We're at the beach this week and didn't even bother turning on the radio.  When we got back to our lodgings it was wha, wha, happened?  We won?  Special teams matter.

Only two more days until the Giants play the Football Team which is going to be a nail biter!

I think their home stadium needs to have "FOOTBALL TEAM" spelled out in huge letters in their end zone.

They could start out with BASE and then draw a big X through it.

My Bears defensive secondary didn't show up at SoFi Stadium. End of story. And I thought the main topic of conversation among Bears fandom would be about when Fields will be allowed to start.
Heavy sigh.

very interesting week 1 of the season

some surprising outcomes, and really fun/exciting games, but then again, while they did have a pre-season this year (unlike last) but the teams are still doing a lotta work to get their sh&t together... lots lots more football to play before the cream rises to the top

lets get 7-8 games in... we will see who is who and what is what

That Washington/Giants game was the most ridiculous/incredulous football game I have ever seen! If I were a Giants fan, I'd be so pissed. They really shouldn't have lost that game. Wow

We just felt sorry for them because their team doesn't have a name.
Next week, no more Mr. Nice Guys, the gloves come off!
