I sent Danny an email but wondering if the 8000F upgrade Danny offers will work on my 8060FA's? Difference seems to be just the cabinet depth...I think. LOL
Any insight would be appreciated, Thanks!
Dana

The 8060FA is the "Dolby Atmos" version of the 8000F, it has an up-firing tweeter & woofer for the Atmos channels

The upgrade kit should work fine for the main drivers, but only those which are front-firing.
We don't have an upgrade for the upper Atmos section

Yes perfect, understood thx
I see the website will let me add it to cart, but the description says the kit is “currently unavailable”?
Just wondering if it is on backorder?

We were waiting on more 12 MH inductors for the lower woofer.
We have them in stock i just need to update the website

Ha...I was hoping that was the case! Thank you for all your help! One last question, I'm pretty technically inclined and can solder well, how long of a project would the upgrade be? Roughly, assuming I could do it in an afternoon...

I have searched and read some user impressions for the RP-600m upgrade….anyone have any impressions/results for the RP-8000f upgrade?
Thx Dana

We have a lot of customer feedback on them, but they may not see you post on the 8060FA thread.
The 8000F model was one of the more significant Klipsch upgrades as they had more issues than most.

Makes sense Danny, appreciate it!
