Wonder if you guys have been able to reach Clayton via email lately? I have been emailing Clayton numerous times over the past month to arrange shipping for my pair of X5 (with external crossover) but so far haven't got any reply.

If my previous emails to you were not received or you have already replied my emails (which I didn't receive) then it's definitely email problem.
