Our own Soundguy 3 sang his signature role of Dr Bartolo in Rossini's "Barber of Seville" today on HDTV simulcast of the Metropolitan Opera's Saturday matinee, shown in suitably equipped theaters around the country.
I am told the performance went well. I missed it since I had to work today (out of town customer needed my attention) but I hope many ACer's were able to catch it. If not the show should be rebroadcast on PBS in a few months, so be on the lookout.
