Yep, and as you can see now he has to use his Nordost Valhallas as a makeshift belt... :bawl:

Here is a pic I shot from my deck during our last full moon. Unfortunately I forgot to take the lens out of macro  :duh: so none of the shots I took are sharp. I'm still learning my Nikon D300 and the use of Photoshop. Taken with a Nikkor 24-85 lens F/7, 6 sec shutter, and I also left the thing at ISO 200 , had a few beers that evening.

Hi All,

Excellent pictures here definitely.  I am inspired to post.

We recently travelled to Barharbor, Maine and loved the fresh lobster.  Definitely fresh air :thumb:

I am not sure what attacted me in this composition.  Color pallete of the sky, buildings, rocks...It sure is a nice day in Barharbor, Maine August 2009.

Not a bad try on the Unphotographable Night Moon, Brian.  This sky has only ever caused me pain when I point a camera at it.  It's one of those things that can't be recorded properly, you just have to enjoy it in person.

Thanks Nathan, had I had the camera in the right setting it may have turned out better. I was doing some close-up stuff earlier in the day and I need to remember to take my lens out of macro, not the first time I've done that. I am still learning all the setting on this camera, have had it a little while now but haven't had a chance to really get out and do much yet.

The only thing I did with that pic was brighten it a little, the moonlight came out a little yellow. Not sure why it's showing up so small on here, is a 4 MB pic.

Hasselblad H3 .....mmmmmm 31MP..... It's great for outdoors as i can set the shutter speed to 1/500th and still use my broncolor mobil lights to sync.

The detail i can capture with that camera is amazing. I convert the 'blad 'fff' files to DNG and do my conversions in Lightroom.

And one of the many mushrooms that had popped up while on a recent hike at Arabia Mountain park

I shot this portrait of David Wilcox on Friday.

Panasonic Lumix G1 - kit lens, available light, ten minutes allotted for the photo shoot (I also had to interview him for an article). A couple of minutes in Lightroom and I had the right B&W setting.

Boy do I LOVE digital photography!
