Indeed!
I had to work most of it, but the neighbors brought over some guacamole and numerous microbrews.
Nice way to end a rough week.  :thumb:

Hi Scott...

Here's a sequel to your deer shot last month in May. I had just gotten a new 150-600mm lens for my full frame yesterday. So late this afternoon, I walked back behind the house, and saw this!
I haven't even got 50 actuations on the lens and certainly haven't learned how to either hold or operate this beast (the lens) properly. Just getting started. Oh boy!
Steadiness in addition to tripod work will be necessary, but here I got lucky. Nice way to break in the lens; give me hope for what I can do when I know what I'm doing.
This is at 600mm, handheld. I trimmed very little of the grass in the foreground and trees in the background. Hardly a crop here.

Very nice! My doe and fawn are doing fine. Saw the two just a couple days ago.

Hey!

Nice, I like this one. Like that white from water running out from the seaweeds mirroring the white cloud on top.

But I would tone down the exposure, darken the sky a bit and straightening the horizon. And I'm pretty this one will look great in B&W also.

Take care,
Buddy  :thumb:

Incredible turn out at my Photo Exhibition at the Ft Worth Community Arts Center last night!
It was a great opportunity to be able to show some of my work over the past few decades.
About 80 images displayed - fun time!

...

Hey!

A bit late on this. I haven't been here for a while and just checking the older pages.

Anyway, congratulation on your exhibition. I've always enjoy seeing your photos from places around the world. Excellent photography works. They are truly worthy of an exhibition for sure.

Take care,
