i love my ida-8 but it lacks the tv/network connectivity
i would love to see a beefed up ida-8 with
- network connection ( wifi and rj45)
- hdmi arc
- airplay / roon / DLNA / chromecast... did i mention roon ? and did i mention roon ?


keep the ida-8 sound and power and make it network friendly

I know exactly what you mean. I bought one of the first IDA-8 amps, and always wished it could have 200w/ch and more robust connectivity. Just last month, Nuprime came out with the Omnia A300 model, which is purported to be a cross between the IDA-8 and the IDA-16 sound-wise. I have not heard one yet, so I cannot comment. looks like it's what i need... the ida8 was a little short in term of power for my sonus faber ... this one seems more powerfull
