Title: DAC on linux / on a vortexbox
Post by: radarnyc on 25 Feb 2015, 09:53 pm
Hi guys - anyone try RWA's or Lio's DAC on a Linux box? I have a vortexbox runnig Fedora and I'm wondering about configuring the DAC via USB.

Hi radarnyc,

The RWA dacs were not tested to work with Linux over USB.

LIO's DSD/PCM dac does work with Linux.  No drivers needed for Linux with UAC2 compliant kernel.
