Hi Jim,

Can the Ripper can be modified to accomodate moving-coil cartridges? Because it's based on the Bugle I'm assuming it could be set for 60dB of gain? The Audio-Technica OC9ML/II has an output of 0.4mV and A-T recommends a load of 20 Ohms. How do you think the Ripper would perform with that cartridge?

Yes, you can change gain, just like a BUGLE (same phono circuit).  Also can set loading to whatever you want.
