I have a PSU on order from Paul for this DAC.
There was a thread on HiFiWigwam that recommended:
replacing the large 24 volt electrolytic cap, just after the psu input with something decent. A low ESr cap like a PAnasonic FC does the job and will give you lowest possible impedance power input to feed the first regulator inside the Young. Panasonic do a dwarf 2200uf 25v FC cap that is perfect for the job.
What are the views of the people here?
