Anybody use Dynamat in SWL 9.0 ?
« on: 3 Oct 2010, 04:39 am »
I recently bought a small roll of Dynamat Extreme for a project and since I have lots left over, I was wondering if anybody has tried putting some inside the lid of the Modwright SWL 9.0.

I'm asking first because once this stuff is applied there is no removing it.  I guess my caution is about the possibility of over-dampening or dulling the sound, I don't know.  It's designed to kill vibrations and is mostly used in car audio applications, but has many other applications as well.

If anybody has tried this, what difference did you notice?
