Need a pair of high quality speaker cables,short length,less than a meter,banana terminated on both ends. Cardas, Nirvana, XLO, Kimber, Wireworld.

  For what speaker/amp combo ? Makes a difference as one size does not fit all.

We have some XLO cables used as display but I'd have to verify length and termination.
We also have some Skogrand cables but they are expensive.

MPV,

i have a pair of Acoustic Zen Hologram speaker cables.  These cables are 30 inches long and were special ordered and custom made for me by Acoustic Zen.  They were used on my mono-blocks and are unterminated at both ends.  I realize you are asking for banana terminations however, placing a set of such terminations on these cables would be a simple thing to do.
 
This cable is made from pure 6N Zero Crystal copper.  It has a very full, deep and musical sound with magnificent imaging, soundstage and focus.  They are in pristine condition and are a wonderful sounding pair of speaker cables.
