Prog Shack, a Two-channel Audio System by MGbert

Room Size
11' X11'-4
System Overview
My main system, featuring Magnestand (aka "Gunned") Magnepan MMGs and old/budget components with room treatments to obtain the best sound possible in such a small space
Music Preferences
No urban country, contemporary rap or current pop, otherwise almost anything else is fair game. I favor progressive rock, jazz from 1950 to present, classical from the 1100's AD to present, folk, and rock from the '60's to the '80's Favorite recordings to "suss out" a system: Eva Cassidy (all her albums have audio gems); Rolling Stones' "Paint it Black" (center channel cohesion, drum impact); Bad Plus "For All I Care" ("Comfortably Numb" creates a seductive soundscape, but needs a cohesive center channel), Ella Fitzgerald "Clap Hands, Here Comes Charlie"; Who "Pinball Wizard (again, center channel check, slam); Chesky "Jazz and More, Vol 2" (especially tracks 43-47 for audio bass, vertical height cues, and 2 channel surround sound tests - my system passes all tests, btw)
