I purchased an Innamorata from Wells Audio back in July. Three deliveries later I'm finally listening to it! UPS destroyed the first two so this time Jeff Wells hand-delivered the thing. He drove it from California to Georgia. That's freaking customer service!

So far, I'm in love. Combined with my Song3 Encores this thing is just magic. It's performing exactly the way I wanted it to when I bought it. If you're looking for a new amp, I'd encourage you to consider the Innamorata.

Wow, that is so disappointing about UPS, but not surprising since the UPS driver who delivered my new speakers a couple of years ago literally dropped one speaker box to the ground from the truck, ruining the speaker! The dealer that I purchased the speakers from stated that he would likely stop using UPS after that incident. Apparently he had experienced other issues as well.  And kudos to Jeff for hand delivering the new amp! I can only imagine his frustration.
