How about the Auraliti PK 100? It takes 12 vdc.

Do you know the connector type and maximum current draw?

I'll contact Auraliti. It is not an XLR. I think there is a bit of confusion here. I'll PM you when I get the information.

Thanks

SB Touch, please!

Our first available model will be VDC-5 MKII and will come with an output cable for the Touch. This and the VDC-9 MKII will be available in a few weeks. The 9V model can be used with SB Duet, Wadia 170 & 171 iTransport.

How many devices are you proposing to power from a single power supply?

As with others, I vote for a SB Touch. I'd also like to see an option for vortexbox appliance from Small Green Computer - http://shop.smallgreencomputer.com/

Our supplies are designed to power a single device. Powering multiple devices can introduce ground loops and other noise problems as well as reduced performance as less current is available for each device.

Do you know the voltage/current requirements, and the type/size of connector used?
I don't see any specifications listed on their website.

I assume you're talking about the maximum input voltage for the Transient MKII?
I probably won't know this for a couple of weeks... right now we're getting things ready for the Newport show next weekend.

After the show we'll do some long term testing. I'll have to check temperatures & performance of the internal regulators at higher voltages. The internal circuits run at 3.3V, so 5-6V is ideal. My guess is 9V will probably be the maximum (maybe less).

Current draw is <500mA, but I always prefer a supply that is capable of at least double the maximum required (VDC-5 MKII is over 4X).

Dusty made me a custom VDC-9 MKII for my Simaudio 180 MiND.  I will be getting it in a few days.

When will a 12VDC supply be available to buy? Cost?

We can provide them now... just haven't got them on the website yet.
VDC-12 MKII cost is the same as VDC-5 & VDC-9 MKII ($329), and comes with 2.5mm DC cable.
Depending on the product you wish to power with it, you may need a custom output cable.
