EL-34 Tube Power Amplifier - $395
This is a hand-built tube power amplifier in perfect operational and cosmetic condition. Power output: Approx 20 watts. It uses EL-34 power tubes.

I used this for a year or so with a set of Klipsch Cornwall speakers and loved the sound. I sold the Cornwalls and then I used this amp in my office with some less efficient bookshelf size speakers and was very pleased with the sound. I'd keep it but I need the room so I'm looking to find a new home for this guy.

Note: the Dynaco badge was affixed to the front by the original builder and I left it there because I thought it looked cool. This is not a Dynaco amplifier.

Asking $395 or best offer.

Gone.

Free to a good home.  70’s era Barzilay vertical cabinet. Four doors, three adjustable shelves, and is 34 “ wide by 18” deep by 77” tall.  Oiled walnut finish. Some damage on the hinges.  Do to my present health problems I can't move it safely by myself. If you can move it into my Suburban, I can drive it to your house, if you can unload it.  I do have a good two-wheeler with pneumatic tires and a 4 wheel furniture mover's dolly available.

Hey Kirch

I've got a Jolida 102B gathering dust if you're interested. Nice sounding little unit and puts out about 25wpc of EL84 power.

Lemmeno!

SOLD SOLD SOLD. Sonos Play 3 - pair asking $400
« Reply #627 on: 15 Jan 2022, 11:36 am »
SOLD - Any Sonos heads out there?

I have a pair of 3's I was using as rear speakers in a home theater setup.  In perfect shape, three years old maybe less.  Still have the boxes.

Will sell individually if necessary, but they do make a great sound as a stereo pair.

Offers considered.  Thanks!

I own Graham Chartwell LS6/fs in a different finish....representative of that British sound, they are musical and well worth a listen (depending upon your listening space, of course). Because of the bass port, you get more low frequencies than a 'typical' British speaker of a certain age.

If you are in the market for speakers, CHECK THESE OUT.

Anyone interested in a very nice Marantz 2270? I got it from the original owner who purchased it new in 1974. Mike from Alpha went through it a few years ago, it sounds great and is in very good shape, I'd say 9/10. At the time he replaced the speaker protection relay, and tested it to put out 83 wpc.  I can post pics if anyone is interested. It does not have a wood case.

I just took it out of rotation, it was playing in a secondary system for a couple of years so it's ready to go.

I’m not trying to get eBay prices, but that said this is an exceptional unit and if you’re interested you have an idea what it’s worth.

And it was more than a few years ago Mike worked on it. LOL where does the time go. I have any number of different speakers and sources that we can hook it to if you want an audition. I don’t come around here much anymore, but the old timers here know me and I’m certain that they will vouch for my integrity. I’d like this to go to someone local, since it started out life here in STL and I don’t want to send it to someone unknown in eBay land.
