I am trying to source some 2SA1142 PNP transistors. Can anyone suggest either:
* a good source of supply, or
* an equivalent device?

I was told this is a higher-wattage equivalent of the BC560C but doing a search on Mouser and RS Components comes up blank (so maybe I wrote the number down wrong)?

Try KSA1142, which is quite common. However this is in a TO-126 package, not a TO-92 package like the BC 560.

I searched that code at several suppliers but didn't find anything.  But as I posted above, I was directed to WES, who had some 2SA1142s in stock (TO-126 package).
