I know those two. That's Jim Never and Planet Janet off doing some shopping. Did you say helloooo?

Hi werd,
I did not say ''Hello ''
or even look for more than 5 seconds into their basket,
because otherwise they might have gotten angry at me and sit on me,
(Squash me)
that's 500 lbs on my 132 lbs body,
I am sure I would not have survided that !

For some this article might sound-look out of topic,
but if you think about it, it's related to health,
which is the reason for this topic.

Hi all,
today, I went to a place called :
'' Aliments MERCI ''.
It's a warehouse with a huge selection of bio and natural food in bulk.
I found many items that other places could not offer,
like all natural peanut butter,
oat meal (25Kg bag) bio or not.
3 liters olive oil, bio or not and much, much more.
That place is heaven for diabetic type two like me
or anyone caring for his health.
Of course, prices are good because of bulk and large bags.
I will go back to order stuff that I cannot find on planet Vietnam,
I will get all that and other stuff sent overthere via sea cargo,
it will take 4 to 6 weeks, but a lot cheaper than air cargo.

Very anxious to see what my blood sugar level is

Hi all.
I went to see my (New) family doctor by the name of Thi Ngoc Lan Nguyen.
Nice looking chick !
Sweet like most Vietnamese woman.
O.K. more seriously, she refer me to other specialists for
blood test and other test for old person like me.
(Soon to be 68)
Should - will have all the results around middle of March,
yes, that far, far away, but that's how it works.

By the way my blood pressure was 139 on 82
a little high, but probably due to the fact that I was excited by my female doctor...

Hi all,
today (Despite the siberian cold) I went to a warehouse-store called '' Aliments Merci ''
and ask for prices on dried food stuff that I want to bring with me
(More like ship via sea cargo) on planet Vietnam.
I will get prices (A quote) in a few days and share with you those prices
to give you an idea what food cost here in Canada (Montreal city).
I also bought some samples of Stevia, but the raw product.
The picture of it look like it's brown, but in reality it's green, green like grass
and you know what ? It taste like grass in my Lipton tea.
Terrible taste, the grass like taste is more
pronounce that the sweetness of sugar it's supposed to taste.
I am not sure what I will do with it, I hate to throw it in the waste can...
When I saw the green color of that raw Stevia, I was skepticle,
that's why I bought only a small quantity and I am glad I did.
I also posted a picture of the white Stevia I bought from Amazon,
the power is less coarse that the raw Stevia, much finer.
I also bought a bag of Cheerios like cereal that are full grain bio cereal.
Does not taste bad, but it's hard as rock,
even if you let them soak in milk for 15 minutes...
Another product, that I won't buy again.
Like they say:
First time - last time.
Almost forgot, they gabe me (Again) a small sample of all natural peanut butter,
just enough to cover five slice of bread, but it's free and it taste good.

Pictures on the next post...

Thanks for the price list.
How much do you pay for the female medical consultation?

Hi FullRangeMan,
what do you mean by :
'' Thanks for the price list ? ''
I have not give it yet ????
For the doctor's consultation it's free
with our provincial (Quebec) health insurance.
For the blood test, Xrays and eyes examination
and any other examinations by specialists,
that's all free, we don't pay a cent.
When I was working, I did pay a fee on every pay check,
but it was not very expensive, a small percentage of our salary.
Even if I don't work anymore, I am still covered until I kick the bucket...

O.K. here are the pictures...

Raw (Green) Stevia, unfortunately, from China.

This is the white Stevia (Still from China) fine white powder.

On the left the original multigrain Cheerios cereal
and on the right, look below a picture of the bag
for that hard as rock cereal.

That's all for now.

Hi all,
this morning went to a nearby hospital (Walked 5 blocks) for my blood test
and it was a surprise to me, when they also asked for urine, lots of it,
one little bottle and one seringue,
I almost ran out of the precious yellow liquid.
Lots of people in the blood test department,
lots of older people, older than me...
Also, lots of people from Italian origin, the district where I live now
is called '' The little Italy '' and that's the reason for that !
I will find out about the results only when I see my family doctor in March.
Tomorrow I go to the clinic for an Xray to check if I suffer from Ostéoporoses.
(Sorry, not sure about the spelling...)
My doctor recommended that xray for all patients over 60 years old.
Stay tune, more to come...

Hi all,
I think this reading is interesting...

https://ca.style.yahoo.com/post/137751268705/coke-pepsi-fund-study-touting-diet-sodas-health
I even dont will bother to read this link.
These sodas have ph=2.5(acid) and a weath blood are ph=7.35~7.45(neutral)
i.e. sodas are great living environment to carcinogenic cells.

Hi FullRangeMan,
it's your choice not to read what's in the link I'm suggesting.
Seem that you know already a lot about food.
For me, there is always something to learn from any of those articles...
I am sure other AudioCircle members will read it and maybe learn something from it.
