Finally packed  and ready to be picked up by Fedex Monday 27th July . Lou has promised to make them Sing -  :popcorn: :thumb:

Brave man.  I am dreading sending mine.  Just don't trust the shipping companies.

Yes even with them insured I am still still a nervous  wreck  :banghead:

OH yes they sound very good actually I was happy with the way they sounded ! but what the heck ! since a upgrade was available why not take it ! I was looking forward to your coming to California ! :thumb:

I told Lou I'll deliver mine myself when the time comes. He's about 6 hours north of me.

According to this recent intrerview (well worth watching the whole 19 minutes) the solid wood Daedalus speakers are pretty impervious to damage.

Tom,
Did see this interview , FedEx picked up the speakers today this guy was crazy ! instead of using a hand truck he just carried one box at a time over his shoulder, :duh: I asked him  to use a hand truck but he just told me no worries ?
Anyway they should be with Lou around the 30th

Depends on when yours were built but likely the midrange drivers and tweeters as well as the Duelund/Mundorf upgrade.
Very substantial improvement.
