Super 7MK2 fans?

Super 7MK2 fans?

Hello all, I have just picked up a beautiful pair of Super 7MK2 and I was wondering if anyone could comment on their impressions and offer advice on placement.

I will drive them with a Wolf Ear Kitoki SET amp with an output of 2watts, the source is a Audiolab MDac plus and a Mac Mini running Audirvana.

I've listened to the exact combo at my buddies. Great synergy and excellent sounding. I prefer them pulled out from the wall a little and some toe-in. You are in for a treat!

Oh wow!  That's amazing, I do not know many people people who have that magical little amp! Thanks for the reply, that makes me jacked to get my hands on the Super 7`s!

Do you know what height his stands are or what Louis recommends for height?

Perfect, thanks for the link! How is the bottom end at your buddy's place? I am certainly not a bass head but tuneful bass is important to me.

In his living room it does not require a subwoofer. Surprising and tuneful bass! His stands are 24"

Thanks you guys for your input! I have had 3i before and also Super 6. The SAM were too big for my room and I really enjoyed the 3i but I just wanted a bit more punch, so I hope I am on the right track with the Super 7.

Great news, my Super 7's arrived yesterday but the bad news is that one of the cabinets got a ding in one of the corners so I am trying to track down a craftsman to repair it for me.

I currently have them hooked up at my office in my Linn system and I can already tell that they are going to be amazing in my home system!
