For Sales is a excellent pair of highly rated Spendor A5R speakers w/ Gaia III Iso-acoustics. A sealed cabinet that puts out a big luscious sound w/ great detail, excellent mid-range and very articulate/tight bass. Approximately three years old.
Really LOVE these speakers as they are as good (or better)as the highly rated (Class A Stereophile) D7. (same technology)
The D7 is slightly larger with a rear port so more difficult to place than the A5R. I actually preferred the A5R especially at half the price.

I recently did a speaker shoot out this speaker vs Harbeth 30.2. (7k)
Was really a toss up . the Harbeth won by a nose. Although I'm keeping the Harbeths; I preferred the A5R tighter bass.

I have been accused of not being on this planet as I would rather listen to music than do anything else.
Anyway my physical resides in Bensalem, PA, 19020- Northern suburb of Philadelphia.
