Hey!

Collection of above photos are very nice indeed.

Can't believe that you actually lugging around the world with that Pentax 67.

Some of the photos especially those from India reminded me of those old photos from 70's and 80's in National Geographic magazine. If have to guess you took those around the 80's and the 90's right.

Man! I do envy you. Wish I can travel the world like you.

   Excellent :D

Take care,
Buddy :thumb:

Yeah I feel the same way. You take great shots and your eye is tremendous. I'd like to travel to all those places even if I just got crappy shots. You are blessed....

Thank you, everyone, for the kind remarks about my photographs.
I am truly humbled.
Lots of great stories and adventures over the past 20 years or so!

Here is a shot of my wife & me on our 4-day hike to Machu Pichu, Peru.
This was the top of "Dead Woman's Pass" on the 2nd day of the hike.

Hi all Audio Circle members and (Amateur & professional) photographers.

I took this picture with my Nikon D200 (17-55mm zoom lense) with my camera on the window frame.
1600 iso setting f8 at 2 seconds.
That's a view froma  side window on the 4th floor of our house.
A little exposure correction with my computer sofware and voilà !

Damn, son, most people take a train up there don't they?  I think it is too cool that you and your wife share this passion.  Onward and upward.  Hope to see more shots of your treks and journeys.

As I was driving down the highway I liked the way the steam from the Potash Mine blended in with the morning sky. Thought that it would make an interesting photo, maybe not.

First, I must apologize.  After studying my photos and realizing the file dates I remembered this was a very windy morning and both are photos of a sunrise 10/14/2012 just seconds apart.  First shot is at 18mm, f/4, 1/50th s, ISO 100.  Second shot (taken first) is at 135 mm, f/5.6, 1/250th s, ISO 100.  Canon 7D and Canon lens.

Apologies for my transgressions of time.

Oh, and they were taken at this location,  46.365119,-119.440251.  Copy and paste the coordinates into Google Maps.
