I'm a fan of constrained directivity speakers and am wondering about open baffle versions of this concept. The default choice seems to be the Spatial Hologram M3 / 4 series which have received good reviews. It seems though as if Pure Audio Project has introduced something similar (albeit not a point source) with the Trio 15 Beyma (see http://www.pureaudioproject.com/product/trio15-beyma-tpl150-open-baffle-speakers/ (http://www.pureaudioproject.com/product/trio15-beyma-tpl150-open-baffle-speakers/). Has anyone heard the Trio 15 Beyma and, if so, then what is the impression?

Any one with experience of the PAP Trio 15 Beyma?

It appears as advice to DIY something similar to the speaker you asked about.
I have never heard the Trio, but have read good things. I have dealt with the Canadian distributor and can absolutely recommend Rachel at Grant Fidlelity.

Still interested in a comparison of Spatial M3 Turbo and PAP Trio-15 150 or Horn-1. A key feature for me is constrained directivity. Any feedback?
