So what if you live in a nudist colony?  Where do you take your pictures to be developed?

I've heard of stories like that.  It is a shame.  Watch out for the thought police too.

hehe nathanm, not exactly sure, but I know in San Diego there are a few establishment which specializes in "private" developing.  I guess there are a lot of voyeuristic people out there and are really using the service since they've been in business for more than a few years.

I just find it disturbing that the laws are so vague.  How discouraging it can be when 8 out of 10 cops would treat the situation differently according to their own personal take on the whole.

BTW, I received your print.  I really liked it.. in fact, I framed it!  I took a snapshot of it in the Gallery section.  Thanks again.

A few months ago, my 2 year old found a pen and managed to scribble all over her body.  I mean everywhere.  My wife thought it was funny and took a picture with our 35mm of her naked displaying the ink marks.  I didn't know of the pictures, two of them, when I took the film to be developed at Wal-Mart.  Though I had no problems from the store, I received several comments about child pornography from friends and relatives when they saw the pictures.  My wife has subsequently destroyed them.  I think we need to use common sense when taking pictures of our kids, and realize that others may not view them in the same context as parents would.  Although IMO the obligatory tub shot should never have cause any concern.
