It's inevitable that people will give their Virtue amp a name. Have you given your amp a name yet?
I am having a hard time deciding on a name for mine. Following is the short list:
Balls
Dr. Love
Scott
-
I shall name mine......Invincible!!!!!
-
My TWO.2 is Ralph
My Piano is Norton
-
Virtuelious.

I thought it was more like Jerry Springer.
-
Hmmmm, good point!
-
Jason's used to be named "Cami Don't Touch" now it's named "What'd you unplug this time?"
(I'm notorious for unplugging things....and forgetting I'm supposed to plug it all back in before he gets home :duh: )
-
I just tell him, look, I know your stuff works, I gotta test their stuff! :D If only he'd build me the speakers I designed for myself 3 years ago....he's hidden that drawing away somewhere...its either that bad, or that good....
-
WTH ?
once again I come home to an unhooked system...
just when I thought getting my wife involved in this hobby would be a bonus... :duh:
she's lucky I love her so much.
I think I'll name mine "Yellow jacket"
-
Yellow Mistress would be more apt!
-
"VIIOR"
Virtue Is Its Own Reward
-
yeah,,, when I was like 6 years old. Her name was Josie.
-
hehe.. i like that VIIOR.
-
Another one for the short list:
David (the giant killer!)

You have an all Black M451 with the Red Rosewood right? Perhaps Black Rose, Black Envy, or the Black Stallion ;)

Has anyone given their amp a name yet?
Not a lot to talk about, huh?
-
I'm calling mine "Ali".... because this baby "floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee."
-
IF I were lucky enough to own one, I'd name it Cam.
short for the Virtue employee of the month and it's also an engine part.

hehe. One of these days when I have time to build a gaming machine and play Counterstrike again I will revive my online name C4M1 8)

Stubborn amp. It don't like Invincible has its name, so Spartacus is now the name.
(Please don't tell the amp that to some, Spartacus means Invincible).

Cam? How about Mama Virtue. It is, after all, a veritable mother of an amp.

I'm not sure OzarkTom.
If you start making statements like, "I was doing some tube rolling with Spatacus..." or "Spartacus was was really putting it out last night, and I was loving it!" people might not understand.

Dontouch.
In fact, all of my gear is named Dontouch. There's Dontouch this one, and Dontouch that one, etc.
-
My std 901 is a T-GoAT in my book...."The Greatest of All Time" and i'm qualified to say that as i have countless, an' i mean countless Tripath boards, chips and devices in my attic workshop...
Looking forward to the arrival of my Buff-GoAT, can you guess what that is?
