These are both less than $100 for an 8' pair and come well regarded (the Mapleshades by 'real' users, and the APs by a dealer I spoke to for an hour a couple of weeks ago in NYC).  

Anyone tried either one?

Hi,

I have a single set of Mapleshade cables that I use for a small
tube driven bedroom system, that uses an early ENERGY Mini-monitor.
(I forget which versions cables, but they were like 70 bucks US).
These cable are really impressive.
But I have yet to try them on the de Capos !  Just a matter of time
I guess it's been to hot to get into serious comparative tweaking here.
