TiVo Premiere 4 DVR + TiVo Stream Bundle, $149.99 + standard Woot shipping. Both units are new; a  refurbished Premier 4 from Tivo's outlet site is $189 and doesn't not include the Stream module.

FYI, the Premier line has just been discontinued, the new TiVo model line is the Roamio.
