What days are you attending (regardless if you are helping out or not)?

Which times are you available for lunch/dinner? Not sure what is exactly around there but I'm sure there will be some kind of steak place for our annual get together meal.

You can just go to Yelp and type in your favorite type of cuisine and get a list like:

http://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=&find_loc=1750+Rockville+Pike%2C+Rockville%2C+MD&ns=1#find_desc=Mexican

Saturday and Sunday for me.  Traditionally we have the big getogether on Saturday night.  It doesn't have to be a steakhouse, any nice restaurant will do.  Mix would like a good steak to be on the menu.  There was a bunch of us that got together for lunch as well, so I'm in for that to.  There always seems to be somebody local who knows all the good places, maybe they'll step up in this thread.

What about an Audio Circle id for everyone.  A pin or sticky badge would be pretty cheap and we could leave them at show check in for anyone that wants to connect with other AC members that they may not know personally.  Would you put an AC banner on your person?

As Phil said there are a lot of places to eat, even within walking distance.  This is not the end all of lists for places to eat.  I am sure others will jump in with places they like to eat at.

CS Pizza - Cosmopolitan Pizza - Hand made, individual pizza's (just pizza) (one block from Hotel)
Fuddruckers - Burgers - one block from Hotel - CS Pizza in same plaza
Matchbox - Italian - pricey IMO - but good each time I ate there - across street from Hotel
Armands - Pizza, etc (thick and thin pizza crust) - Plaza across street from Hotel
Hooters - if you are into them....2 blocks from Hotel
LaBrasa - really good Mexican food (drive there is best - great pit cooked Chicken)
Mi Ranco - closer Mexican (I prefer LaBrasa) - Near Hooters
Urban BBQ - good BBQ - walk-able - about 3 blocks away
TGI Friday - around the corner from Urban - 3-4 blocks
Bagel City - Same plaza as TGI Friday - great Bagels
Noodle & Co - In plaza across street from hotel - same plaza as Container Store
Subway - same plaza as Noodle but in the back
Green Bamboo - good sushi - on other side of Metro station from Hotel
American Tap Room - one block - same plaza as Staples

Plus many others further away from Hotel up and down Rockville Pike.

Been reading about it for years and it looks like I'll finally be in the area on the right weekend. Looking forward to at least Saturday and Sunday and I'd love to join the lunch/dinner if you're accepting newbies!

Any salad places?

All you need to do is go to the link (for Yelp) in a previous post I did and enter a search term:

http://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=&find_loc=1750+Rockville+Pike%2C+Rockville%2C+MD&ns=1#find_desc=Salad

I'm probably just blind, but I can't see on the website what the fees are; just says to pay them in the lobby. Any idea what admission is for the general public?

Considering how close I am to the event (only about 4 hours away), I really should hit up the show.  Gunna do everything in my power to make it happen!
