Our Pastor was giving out "Dad's" root beer in celebration of Father's Day.
I figured what better way to celebrate the day with my kids than to make them all a root beer float.
Much to my amazement, my wife had never had one.

When I lived across the river from St. Louis, A&W floats was pretty big.

PeteG and Bob in St. Louis - Both have very good shots of Lake Powell. I live in AZ and haven't made a trip that way...

A few years ago, we rented a boat on Lake Powell and spent the day on the lake. Spectacular.

We drove past Lake Powell on our Arizona-Utah excursion, but didn't spend any time at the lake itself. Water levels looked pretty low overall. However, you absolutely MUST check out Antelope Canyon in Page. Bring a good camera.

Southern Utah is just amazing with Bryce and Zion. Definitely plan to spend at least a day or two at each if you can.
