With all the news coverage in the last day, Purple Rain kept repeating over and over in my head.  Problem is, I never ripped music from this era to our StreamPlayer. So I couldn't listen to it today at the shop.  Or so I thought...

I fired up Roon, searched Tidal and found access to all of his music.  It's playing now.

I should note that in my younger days, I did a lot of recording work in Minneapolis and there was a young kid always hanging around the studios.  Some regarded him as somewhat of a pest.  But he did quite well for himself over the years since then.
