I will be upgrading to a newer Mac Mini soon.  My older one has Firewire.  So, I now have 2 external HDs connected in series by firewire, then to the Mini by firewire.  The new ones have Thunderbolt.   Can I adapt my firewire to Thunderbolt and continue to do the same thing?

Any suggestions for a good used certified Mac Mini store that can assemble the Mini I was hoping to find?
