There's a long list of people I would like to meet at the show but unfortunately, I won't have much time to roam as I will be in our room most of the time. One plus is that there are a few that are just down the hallway from from us so it won't be hard to catch up with them.

That thought had crossed my mind as well since I'll be there in "official capacity" this year, but I think there will be enough of us there to man our room (542) that I should be able to roam a bit.  As it turns out, being a dealer doesn't make me any less of a consumer. ;)  I don't think we officially met last year so I look forward to meeting you just down the hall.

I will be there!  Already have the reservations at the hotel, airline ticket and show pass!  WOOHOO! :)

Hope to see everyone!

Rich, after our long discussion last year I'm counting on you to point me in the direction of a room with great sounding vinyl.  Make me a convert!

Will see what I can find.

I hope the new Oracle Delphi MKVI will be there.  I have the older MKI with upgrades and it sounds very good to me.

Well,

Why wait until RMAF.

You could have some prepared by Moi this weekend. :)

YOU are getting older and slower!  I'm in SD Mon/Tue but swamped...no play time.

Looking forward to seeing everyone. Stop by the Iris room and say hi.  I'll be there with BPT, Empirical, and Salk (Soundscapes).

It's my special blend of red wine and coffee to make a potent smoothie. YUM :)

I understand Art is bringing his own personal blender just for this occasion. :D

Time is tickin' :hyper: I'll roll in around 11am on Friday 8) This is my 3rd year going and helping in the Analysis Audio room. In past years I have been in seminars during late afternoon forum get-togethers. NOT THIS YEAR!!! I want to be in the pictures and posting some as well. Been making a list of discs - both vinyl and cd - which will be finalized as packing dictates. :duh: Think there'll be enough opportunities to play 45rpm Lps?  :eyebrows:

Hi Neal,

You might want to bring a 45 rpm adapter just in case.  See you in Denver.

At last year's RMAF I heard some great vinyl in several rooms:

Parasound was playing vinyl through their JC3 phono preamp (still unreleased), JC2 preamp and a pair of JC1 monoblocks through Wharfedale speakers.

Klaus was spinning vinyl in his Odysseyaudio room through his own phono stage, amplification and speakers.

Grant Fidelity played vinyl through their gorgeous sounding A-534B SET 300B integrated tube amp on request.

Lastly Soundsmith's Peter Ledermann SG-200 strain gauge based phono system also sounded mighty fine.  Just the turntable, arm and cart was double the price of my entire system.

I did not catch most the turntables, arms and cartridges in use because I am not in the market for them. (I like my Opera Consonance/Mørch/Grado setup.)  I know many others were spinning vinyl too but these were the rooms that I remembered.

I'll be there this year, too...
