For Sale, the Stello DA220 MKII DAC.
I am the 2nd owner of this wonderful DAC, functionally sound and used in a smoke, pet and child free listening area. This is the MK II model that has a USB input for computer playback. The prior owner exclusively used the DAC via USB from a MAC Mini. I used the digital out from a Squeezebox3 to the DAC with great success.
The DAC uses the AKM4395 chip and is feature rich for the $$$. Several digital input/output connection options as well as Class A single-ended and true balanced outputs. The only thing lacking is a BNC connection but a handy diy'er could easily swap one in.
This is the best sounding DAC I've had in my system so far. Downsizing/restructuring has taken me in a different system direction and has now displaced the DA200, thus the reason for sale.
Original box, owners manual and power cord are included.
Cosmetically, the DAC is fine except for a single tiny blemish I found on the right side of the case which is about 1/10
th of a mm in length.
