4. Heavy-duty construction with great attention paid to power supply design

6. Fully Discrete design built by discrete analog stages without any OPA and coupling caps in the signal channels.
7. Non-feedback ACSS analog output stage
8. Large R-core transformers and Hi-fi grade parts like DALE resistors, WIMA caps and OCC wires.
9. A total of 5 groups class A parallel mode PSU power supply for all digital and analog circuits.

This DAC punches well above its cost. Only selling to because I am moving to a minimalist (all-in-one DAC + stereo amp) configuration and my next DAC will have volume control and remote.
This is not latest DAC19 model and is priced accordingly. However, I doubt the newer one is a significant step up from this. I never had a desire to find out. Great solution for a desktop or in a main rig – I have used it in both applications always with fine performance.
