Hi Vacuum Tube User,

 SAVE THE DATE:  21 February 2009

As all of you know, our group has no dues and no membership
requirements other than an email address.  We do, though, have
expenses.  The Randall Museum is paid $50.00 for each meeting we
hold at the Museum.  Every couple of years we hold an auction to raise
money so that we can continue to use Museum facilities.  Our next
meeting will be such an auction.  We ask that any of you who have
something having to do with audio or vacuum tubes you no longer
want -- CDs, records, books, amps, pre-amps, loudspeakers, test
equipment, parts, tubes, caps, resistors -- bring that something to
our next meeting.  Donate it to the club.  The club will auction
it, and the money collected will be used to pay the Museum for the
use of the auditorium. 

If you plan on bidding, please bring cash.  We can not take credit
cards and we prefer not to have checks.  If you make private deals
at the meeting, the club would like 10%.  We need the money for
future meetings.  Please be aware that some of the items, e.g.,
resistors, will go for pennies, and others e.g., NOS WE300B's will
be expensive. 

Please come to the meeting, donate items, and bid on others' items. 
Keep the club alive!
