I spent a lot of years and way too many dollars chasing audio options. Between work and family I have less time for the chase than I used to. But that's not a bad thing. For a while I was chasing for the sake of the chase and lost sight of why I was doing it...to enjoy the music.
Happily, I kind of found my spot with a good quality tube amp, a capable CD player and several pairs of headphones. It is a little less fun than chasing that elusive perfect setup but it is something I have time for and allows me to focus on enjoying the experience.
