Title: no sound from HD-AVA

I just bought a new HD-AVA. At first it worked fine. I just connected TV optical output to the amp's optical2 input, and connected my speakers. It did played sound in the first two days. Tonight I was watching an video using the same setup, and at first it worked fine. Then I shutdown the TV and AVA. after an hour also I came back to watch TV, and no more sound. I also tried USB/analog input, and couldn't get any sound out of it. Hoping it is just some configuration that got messed up, however I didn't do any setup at first.

Can anyone shed some light on the issue? Thanks.

seems like u should route it through to support by logging a ticket

I unplugged the power for several hours and it recovered. Not sure why it does that.
