Title: WTL Amadeus GTA + Kiseki Blue N.S.
Post by: zylo on 19 Oct 2018, 08:50 am
Hi

I am looking for a new cartridges for my GTA and looking into the Kiseki Blue N.S. The few reviews I can find indicate it as a good all round and overall positive. Are there anyone who has experience with this combination? I do listen to most sort of music, except classic. It is the first time I am chasing a cartridges at this level, so any comments would also be more then welcome :-)

Hi,

I have been using that cartridge in a WT Versalex for over two years and I am VERY happy with the sound! The Kiseki mates very well with the low mass of the WTT arm. I listen mainly to rock, blues and classical, plus jazz on occasion. I should also mention that the combo works great with the Tavish Audio Design Adagio phono preamp which has a 400 ohm position on the dial. (Perfect for the Kiseki) Upscale Audio is offering the Kiseki for $300 off list. I don't think you will regret the purchase.  :D

Well, you are one step higher then what I am considering - but I will still see it as a positive point that Kiseki plays well, so thanks for the feedback. My wallet is not for the purple heart, but happy to hear that it is matching up well :)
