Feminists - What Were They Thinking. On Netflix

Give it a try. If you don't get anything from the movie, you might get something from your wife. Luckily for me, I was able to benefit from both. Hope you do as well.

My daughter and I have been rolling through the first 4 seasons of "The 100".  For a show aimed at the YA demographic, it's actually quite excellent.  I love that on the show, things start off with a crisis and it just gets worse from there.  And worse, and worse.   For something aimed at the teenagers, it's pretty freaking bleak.

You misunderstood my meaning, it seems.

I would have addressed what I saw as the strengths of the film but chose levity instead due to fear of violating some rule.

Car masters was good. If you want to check out another interesting one watch - Fastest Car (Sleeper cars vs exotic supercars).

Hi, thanks for the rec, I couldn't really get into that one and found myself just skipping ahead to the actual race  Didn't much like West Coast Customs either. However I've started on Formula One - Drive to Survive.

Currently watching Secret City (Australian) on Netflix. It has a House of Cards-ish feel, but the characters aren't nearly as interesting. In fact, the most interesting character on the show...well, never mind. I dont know how to tag spoilers on here.

Love, Death & Robots

I really enjoyed this 18 part animated anthology, it checked all the boxes on my binge list:
Short, fast paced entertaining stories
Futuristic
Inspired and varied animation
Plenty of gore and titillation, I'd give it a hard R ratiing, not for kids unless you want to turn them into little psychos.

This is one of the few instances the critics on Rotten Tomatoes got it wrong, the Audience Score is 91% - the crowd is right.

Yep, a real eye opener on many fronts. The technology/engineering and size of the support staff is mind boggling. The money involved in F1 is beyond staggering. Then there's the politics and ego's amongst teams and drivers. To be one of the elite 20 drivers sometimes involves more than just driving skill. That said, it seems the deepest pockets more often than not end up on the podium. No surprise there.
