I have the A370PEQ with 2 SW12-8 drivers in a sealed cabinet for about 10 years and it's still going strong and sounding beautifully.
But planning ahead in case the Amp fails, which new plate can I use? Can I use 1 plate with 1 SW or 1 plate with both SW.

The A370 amps are designed for a 4ohm load so you can use 1 of any of the A370 models (PEQ, PEQ3, XLR2, XLR3) with both 8ohm drivers as long as they are both in the same cabinet.

You could use a standard sub plate amp, but be aware that the sub will not sound the same at all.

The A370PEQ's servo control changes the driver characteristics in that box.
