I post the same question in HD without answer. If any reason why Bolder stop making IC balance(XLR) cable? I have type2 between my pre and amp. I have  the Kora eclipse with low and high output, I am using the low because the tube sound is more prominent than high, but I will like to try the xlr.

I have stopped making the Type 2 cable completely.

I have yet to work out a good sounding design for a balanced NITRO cable. I tried a couple of ideas at first and they were not quite up to snuff.

I have been very busy with new designs for speaker cables and power cords.

The balanced NITRO design has been pushed onto the back burner. I do not expect to be able to devote any time to it until well after CES.

I have SOME ideas for it, however. It will be fairly expensive. I will make a guess at around $400.00 for a meter pair.
