(I am sure most of you have seen this on other forums, but I figured I'd post it here too.)

Here are photos of my custom A/V-C center channel. It took over a month to complete because of time restraints, but the wait was worth it. I am VERY happy with it!

THANK! Getting the wood type/dye/stain to match my armoire was actually the hardest part of this whole project! I finally wound up using Maple veneer with several coats of Solar-Lux NGR Brown Mahogany dye. Then I applied an oil based Dark Walnut stain and finished up with 3 coats or satin solvent based wipe-on poly.

This is a shot with only the dye applied:

I did no less than 20 trial and error test on scrap pieces of veneer before getting it how I wanted.
