[Tubeburner]

Very nice sounding Proceed HPA 2 dual mono amplifier designed by Mark Levinson for Madrigal labs. 250 wpc @ 8 ohms. 500 wpc @ 4 ohms. The amp is heavy (95 lb shipping weight) and is well built. It has a nice standby feature I use on weekend when I am listening more often. I used this as a bass amp for my Von Schweikert VR7 HSE speakers, so it was basically idling. There is a small nick on one corner for full disclosure. Selling because we are closing soon on a new home. Specs are here:

I wanted to weigh in here and say that I own one of these and it is probably one of the most under-rated amps. It does it all and can drive just about anything. GLWTS

The sound is Mark Levinson. I ran this amp full range on my Von Schweikert VR7 HSE and I could have easily let my tube amps go. But I am a tube nut, so I biamped them. Now with the house purchase I need to downsize until I recoup some funds.
