Hello,
I've read different opinions on how much time it takes to completely burn-in a Bryston Power Amp.
Some people claim 200 hours, others say 500 hours in addition to the 100 hour Factory Burn-in.
Thanks,

I’d say(not being a dick)is how long for your ears to adjust.
My Extreme example is listening to a Tower of Power(live and in living color album)
That was 30+ yrs ago, couldn’t adjust to all the subtleties going on and thought WTF is this C - - - p.
Later Holy Crap SUPERB sound track Musicianship ect.
I turn on my preamp then amps 28s and it’s showtime.
The warm up is in my mind,
Never been disappointed yet.
If I’m not in the mood or some shit happens obviously the music Sucks,Guaranteed.
If I really had to feel I had to warm up my amps for I would be comfy with a half hour.
If I’m in the groove for tunes Now I(like above, turn on the Pre then amps.
I will say my preamp is on 24/7,amps nooooo as yrs ago I left them on and the hydro went up 60.00 a month.
Dac,Bdp-2 all 24/7 as they use very little power.
My oh my feelin like I got Ramblin fever
Thanks Merle.

I believe the 100 hr "burn in" Bryston performs is to detect any instances of  component "infant mortality" and to ensure  the measurements remain stable throughout the process.

How long does it take for brand new Bryston Amps to sound their best.
i.e. 200 hours, 400 hours of use.
Thanks

Oh so true - sometimes the music just does not sound right even though the system is preforming at its best. Ironically after the Laundrew household move, the new room for the beasties has the thermostat for one section of the in floor heating system and after operating the amps for a bit it shuts down

Be well...

The amps will sound their best at 2 hours and 200 hours and 2000 hours.
